Design of production lines
ABE Group provides services of design, construction and commissioning of production lines and installations.
On the basis of the requirements, information and interview with the customer, a design is implemented by using 3D design software that allows you to visualise and eliminate possible defects which significantly reduces the total cost of the order.
After the 3D design is developed and approved by the Principal, we proceed to the execution of individual components and parts of the production line. When all components are ready, the entire production line is assembled and tested in our workshop. After successful completion of the tests we proceed to the final stage which is the installation and commissioning of the line at the customer’s place. During the commissioning, tests are re-conducted and training for workers handling individual steps of technological process is delivered. Our company provides a warranty for all equipment manufactured by us and provides service support both during the warranty period and after it.
